What are your delivery times?
We guarantee to dispatch all orders up until 3pm the very same day using Royal Mail 48 service or Royal Mail 24 service or next day (UK) delivery. International Orders are posted using Royal Mail and usually arrive within 5-7 days but can take up to 25 working days. We dispatch daily Monday to Friday inclusive.
Can I get my item the next day guaranteed?
Yes, of course, If you request the overnight recorded service before 3pm within the UK we can deliver the next working day (in the mainland, some remote areas in the UK will take 2 days!).
After 3pm please contact us and we will let you know if there is still time to post that day otherwise it will go the next day guaranteed for delivery following day (overnight post does not include a Saturday delivery). Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will arrive on Monday guaranteed.
What are the posting rules on flammable products?
Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods. These are mainly nail varnish, aerosols, perfume and bleach hair kits. They may have to be sent by Courier or be split into more than one parcel for posting in the UK. They cannot be posted worldwide and cannot go further than the European Union for EU it is express post that must be chosen at checkout. Any issues outside that we will contact you.
Are all your products new and full size?
Yes all products come straight from manufacturers, they are not testers (unless stated) and are all brand new and full size.
Are Supplements and Vitamins allowed in my country?
Please note that some Supplements & Vitamins may contain banned substances for delivery into certain countries this is the customers responsibility to ensure these are allowed before ordering. If they are banned they will likely be destroyed at customs and in this event no refund will be given.

How do I know the colour is the correct shade?
Although we have tried to get the colours as accurate as possible the colours in the photographs may vary from the true colour due to the processes involved in photographing them and converting them into an internet friendly resolution. Monitors vary in their depiction of colour. The actual shade may vary from what you see on your monitor. If you require any clarification please do not hesitate to contact us.
I have a discount code how do I use it?
If you have one of our GStores exclusive discount codes, there will be an option to submit it into a code box “Apply Discount Code” at checkout, this will automatically apply the discount for you!
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal and all major debit / credit cards at checkout, card payments are processed via Sagepay a secure payment service. No card information is stored by GStores. Happy Shopping!
